Swiss Ceramic “7” Black Ball Bearing (CB3+)

These bearings are made with seven balls. The idea behind is that the slightly smaller diameter of the seven balls causes it to be easier to reach speed and the total weight, covered per ball is lower compared to the six ball bearing. The balls are made from black ceramic, which is harder compared to the white ceramics. Ceramic balls are corrosion resistant. Remark: the cover is made of steel, so cleaning the bearings after skating in wet conditions still recommended. The advantage of ceramic balls compared to steel ball is mainly the fact that ceramic balls don’t often get stuck, so they are less likely damaged by wear. The bearing covers are open at one side and the other side has a removable shield (partly steel/partly rubber), making them easy to clean. These bearings are packed par sixteen pieces in a handy robust Aluminum tube.
